At High Five Health Promotion we believe that personal training (PT) is a very effective way of training for many people. During your first PT session the personal trainer will perform a few easy tests and discuss a short questionnaire with you to define your specific baseline situation and determine your goals.
Based on this the trainer will make a training plan to achieve the set goal. Your personal trainer will indicate which strength and cardio exercises are suitable, for example, to lose weight or to build muscle, and how you can vary. A good personal trainer always looks for the balance in what you can do and what you want to achieve.
